i'm also getting the same error..actually i want to create a very big map (my college into a map)..how can i do that? i want two buildings, one gate one bike parking...should i create all this into one single room..thinking so i've created a big room...when i compiled the map i got this error..

when i clic properties of that entity..
attribute : Model/Sprite
path : J:/CS/cstrike/models/bigtree.mdl

correct??

change the directory as J:\cs\cstrike\

i started from the beginning configuring the valve hammer editor..

i built a map...again put a moded bigtree.mdl...
compiled it..everything worked fine again...but got the same error while launching....dono what is happening...!!!

please help me out!!!

Fatal Error:

i'm getting the error...J:\CS 1.6\cstrike\models\bigtree.mdl not found....

But that file is there only...

the map got compiled succesfully..but the error came while launching the map..

i've a doubt..i want to make a very big map..with two bulidings, with two floors, steps, rooms etc...etc...i'm not able to find a tutorial for making steps from one floor to another floor...can you help me regarding this??

even the ladder tutorial is very confusing...i'm not able to get that...

if we take adobe photoshop there are brushes, shapes, fonts, plug-ins etc..which we can download additionally...

similarly what should i download to get trees, cars, gates, chairs, tables..etc...

i'll be very grateful to you if you can help me...

i want to finish this map before 09-09-2008....can i?

ya..i know this controls..but the problem is it is not working...
i've another doubt...after putting deathmatch 1 and restart...i'm able to add only one bot..why?
how can I add many bots?

the main problem i'm encountering is that i'm not able to navigate in all directions...nothing is working for me in navigation..i followed the tutorial also...

hurrah..!! i created my first map and it is working...but i've some problems...

1) the gun pointer is not coming why?
2) game time is not coming
3) not able to add a terro..its telling it is full...

can anyone help me? why these things are not coming...i need to create my college as a map..long way to go..please help me..

i'm not able to navigate and see my map in valve hammer..only i'm able to move back and front use the mouse scroll...please help me how to view everything by turning around in valve hammer...

one more thing...my valve hammer application is continuously flickering...i dono what is happening...please help me...!!
