nodraw and skybox etc!! in Hammer Mapping

I have a huge problem, i recently started mapping and i have made a nice map (my opinion) and now i thought i'd add some water and a sky to the map.. the problem is, i dont have either nodraw or skybox tool thingys.. why?



That's cstrike.wad and zhlt.wad

Now what am i missing and how do i get it?
