Defusal kit in my map in Hammer Mapping

How do I enable the Defuser Kit in the buy menu? I've made the bombsite and i'm using hammer v3.4.

help, killed self with worldspawn in Hammer Mapping

Anyone here really good at valve hammer editor?
I made a map, and when the players are spawned, they killed self with something called "worldspawn". I placed the spawn point 16 units above the ground. Can anyone please help me?
