Some times when the map is small,some players die at spawn.Why is that?Can i fix it?

They'll be spawning on top of each other which the game doesn't like. Make sure you have enough space between each of the players and that there are enough spawns at each spawn area, maybe about 6-7 per side. More if you reckon there will be more than that in a team.
