@AaronJer: In theory it should be rather a lot more energy released - I did this as part of my course last year. I'm not going to go over the maths because quite frankly I can't remember it but when you draw the curve of binding energies there is a massive leap from hydrogen to helium.

Okays I just steamed my Counter-Strike...(Ha ha I meant downloaded Steam) and went to the tools and download HLDS but when it started up I couldnt find my server on Counter-Strike... What the heck is wrong???

I'm actually not sre how this works...but I think when you make a dedicated you have to go on a diff comp and access the server from thar...because if you were to play on the server that is RUNNING OFF THE SAME COMP it could make some really bad lag issues with the server.
