how do i make a platform spin? I made the platform func_door_rotating but i cant seem to make it spin on ground level. anyone help me? thanks.

Thats what i did use but its not turning the right direction. If i want it to spin on ground level to i not choose either the x axis or y axis?

If you want it to rotate around the z axis then you shouldn't check either of those two flags (X axis/Y axis). If neither of those is selected, it will rotate around the z axis (the vertical one) of the origin brush.
...and that's the bottom line because Mate de Vita said so.
