I get these when i compile, and even tho the BSP is created, if i start it, it simply shuts down.

Remove the unused wad from the wad list (tools->options->textures).

Or you can replace the -nowadtextures in the .bat file with
code
-wadinclude wadname.wad

(wadname is the name of the wad file you're using)
