i was in the middle of building my map and then idk but i cant find my camera to look at the map is there something i can do to re-center it

Do this:

Tools>Options>General and make sure that "Load default windows with maps" is checked and that "Use independent window configurations" is unchecked.

View>Autosize 4 views(CTRL+A)

Now close out of your map and open it back up.

no it made it so its only one view instead of 4 but is there like any way i can like center my camera view

Just create a new camera, click the Camera-button to the left in Hammer, then hold down Shift and click-and-drag in one of the 2D-views close to your brushes and a new camera will be created there.
