When i click on my .bat file the system thing comes up and says "The system can not find the file specified." and created the .err file, WHAT TO DO, EH?

Make sure everything is in the same folder (i.e. hlcsg, hlbsp, hlvis, hlrad, your map, bat, etc.)

and anyone think that we should add in the mapping faq that if users have a problem they should post the whole compile log, so people won't forget to post it and make us wonder what noobistry is going on.
