We need a post right under FAQ thats permanently stuck there, and is about forum etiquette and rules. However, we cannot name it that, because no one ever reads license agreements or eulas or rules; name it something like "Free Performance Enhancing Drugs." No 'new' member should be allowed to post until they read it.

The purpose would be to explain that any titles with "pls help me!" [or are synonymous or have a semblance of synonymy of that title - or a mistakingly semblance of synonymy] will be ignored or banished or what not. Also, any title with the words [see above] broken, wrecked, doesn't work, I can't, etc. will be ignored. It should also contain directions on uploading rmf and bsp and other file types, and tell them to include any extra wad files [that is wads that did not come originally with Counter Strike]; as well as, to include their log file in the
first [if it is a compiling related issue] post, so that seven posts later we find out it was a God damned leak that caused all the havoc [or chaos]. In addition, it should contain links to popular model viewers and editors, sprite editors, texture editors, etc.

Furthermore, it should contain examples and explanations of basic grammar, such as the use of apostrophes, and commas, and capitalization ,and "Oh Dear" punctuation. I am tired of seeing such lack of regard for grammar, actually I am tired of trying to decipher
words. It should denote that the fastest and best way to get results is through proper grammar [in the theory that we can read it easier/faster and focus on the problem not how they spelled]. Moreover, it should be explicit and precise. "This is my problem..." that can explain a lot more than "It didn't compile.

I know it would ask a lot of newcomers to apply what the learned in school to the outside world, but all in all, I think it would benefit both sides. It would improve efficiency dramatically. More people would help out in the section, because of the lack of headaches, and such that were caused before. Sure it would turn some people away, but if my predictions are right the improved efficiency would put Superjer's Hammer and Mallets section into a higher tier of renown, thusly increasing the amount of people posting on the forum. Which, in turn, would turn the possible liability of a 'rules' post into an asset [in a non-monetary sense of view]. The manifest deduction is that Superjer would benefit from this inclusion.
