i opened my hammer today and all my entities are gone? any help

I read this problem many times on this site.
?I guess the best solution (If I can remember correctly)
To uninstall hammer...and then reinstall it.

lol is there any other way i can get them back i have a ton of maps saved.

Uninstalling wont affect your maps..
If you deleted the maps that you worked on as you uninstall hammer...than your just. I won;t even say. lol

But anyway yeah..just uninstall dont delete the installer though..

U probably changed the configuration thingy

U probably removed the fgd file from the entity list

IT is plausible that some how the regristry got reset

IT is plausible that ur hammer has a virus

i just re installed and i still have notohing and is there somethign i can like download to get it back

You need to add a counter-strike .fgd-file, 'Tools'--->'Options'--->'Game Configurations' and under 'Game Data files:' add a counter-strike fgd, it's in a folder called 'fgd' in your Hammer-directory. You can also download an updated .fgd from somewhere here on superjer's site...
