I was wondering where to find the Function textures like for the ladders and doors.

A lot of the wads that come with the games have some good ones: try cstrike.wad and hl.wad. They should have a few decent ones. Even at that, if you don't like them, a search on Google should get you some decent ones.

What do you mean with "Function textures"!? If you're referring to aaatrigger then it can be found in halflife.wad or zhlt.wad.
