Make the boxes func_breakables (either tie them all to the same func_breakable or tie each one to its own func_breakable).
In the func_breakable's properties you can check the 'Trigger Only' flag (if you want the boxes to break only when the bomb explodes).
You have to give the func_breakable(s) a name, so name it (them) e.g. 'box' (if you made more of them, name them all 'box').
Now in the func_bomb_target's properties set Target to 'box'.
This should work.
