Rockbomb Dog fucker (but in a good way now)

So I'm STILL trying to get stuff to work with my router and port forwarding, and I think I'm really close to having everything figured out.
I finally got the ports forwarded that I needed(ports 80, 81, 82), and when I go to canyouseeme.org, it says it can see port 80, but then when I go to check ports 81 and 82, I get "Error: I could not see your service on xx.xxx.xxx.xx on port (81)
Reason: No route to host"
What does this mean? I don't have any firewalls up atm so there shouldn't be anything blocking them.
Also, if I use NO-IP DUC, when i go to whatismyip.com, should it show numbers or should it show a url (For example my no-ip address is rockbomb.zapto.org(don't ddos me)), but it doesn't show that, it show it like a normal IP. So I think maybe NO-IP isn't actually changing my IP.
I cannot help you with dyndns, so don't do anything hasty ;) Really, I'm not sure why these ports haven't been opened. What is it your ISP is saying again?

My ISP is a bunch of dumbfucks, I'm not gonna listen to anything they say. At first I called them and asked them to walk me through everything, and they told me to disable NAT (which, when done, causes me to have no internet connection), then they're all "Oh, you don't have internet anymore? Well, you should..." Then they told me to contact Actiontech and ask them about it, and basically all they had to say was that my ISP is retarted and there's no way I'd be able to connect if I have NAT disabled.
So yeah, my ISP isn't much of a help
