Problems with my map in Hammer Mapping

Hi i followed your tutorial 100% correctly but i can't understand why i got the ".err"

Here is the Config

Then i created a map

Then i made a new file called: 1x_rusher.bat

And i got back into Hammer and "export to .MAP"

THEN i edited the 1x_rusher.bat file and wrote this and saved after

Then i got this message when i clicked the bat file.

Translated:
The system can't find the designated file.

and i got two new files that i didn't want to get

Do you see something wrong?
