Can someone tell me how to fix this in Hammer Mapping

ood day to everyone and everybody) I am doing everything like it said in the tutor but it doesn't works.
Here's the problem:
On Step 7
I made a nopad with a name "nigga.bat" (: nigga is my map name :)
I have a non steam CS 1.6 and I typed everything in the "nigga.bat" then I Saved. Then I opened the "nigga.bat" as it said to do in the tutor and POOH - it opened me this file in Nopad - not in any command window as it said in the tutor! Don't know what to do help please I beg! :(
