I've made my own texture with Wally and used it in VHE. Once I have compiled the map and open it, cs gets stuck and i have to close it! But when I delete the brush with my texture, it works without any problems!

There are no leaks in my map but it says something with leak in hull 0 info_teleport_destination. Here is what it shows:

Unless this entity is accidentally on the outside of the map, it probably should not be deleted. Some complex rotating objects entities need their origins outside the map.
