So...I've put textract and de_inferno.bsp in the same folder...but I didn't understand this part 4) Open a command window there ... how do I open a command window?it is CMD???

Need heeeeeeeelp....I finished my map and I want to compile it and play it....but when I rename my text document into mapname.bat (in ZHLT folder)it remains text document....and it looks like mapname.bat.txt...please help:(....what can I do???
