I saw you fixed that same error few years ago for Linux, but this is Windows 7. Can you help?

[2015-10-06 18:04:21 UTC]	<SuperJer>	Hmmm I haven't used that in a really long time. At some point on Linux I switched to just using Steam itself. I'm not sure if you're supposed to do the same thing on Windows or not.
