de_salt2 really does make you thirsty while playing on it. I'm not sure if that's a good thing though. If you haven't figured out by the screenshots or by reading the features, this map was heavily inspired by de_cpl_mill with its use of crisp textures and lots of crates. This map, however, has a lot more going on in it then mill does. The entire map is built off the normal 90 degree grid, so pretty much nothing lines up on a 90 degree angle. This creates a unique gameplay experience for players.
Aside from that grid features there isn't a ton more that separates this maps from other similar ones. There's a cool bridge in bombsite A and a water tower that peaks in spots all over the map as a useful landmark for learning the map. I mostly recommend this map for amatuer teams looking to have a little off-season scrim fun.
